Senior Project Manager Contract – Hourly Rate – Until end of June 2027
 
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of complex digital initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

Working closely with the Platform Lead, you will manage delivery across three squads covering an enterprise workflow platform, a privacy upgrade and remediation programme, and changes to a major customer-facing licensing system.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can operate confidently across multiple workstreams, technical dependencies, vendors, governance forums and senior stakeholder groups.
What you’ll be doing

• Develop and manage quarterly work plans and delivery roadmaps across three squads.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, environments, releases and change activities.
• Maintain alignment between platform delivery, programme objectives, operational requirements and governance expectations.
• Work closely with architects, delivery leads, developers, business analysts, product owners, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive delivery within tight timeframes and a staged implementation environment.

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering PEGA-based solutions or comparable enterprise workflow or BPM platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform delivery, technical dependencies, releases and change management.
• Experience working within complex programmes involving data, privacy, customer services or business operations.
• Proven ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels in a hybrid delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and supplier management skills.
• A pragmatic, proactive and resilient approach to delivery.
• The ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
