Working as part of a significant transformation programme, you will help design and document a future-state ICT support model while contributing to procurement activities, organisational change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

About the Role:

This role will see you partnering with programme leaders, technical specialists, and key stakeholders to define future operating models, gather and document business requirements, and support the successful transition to a new service delivery environment.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, facilitating workshops, supporting procurement processes, and helping drive business change outcomes that align with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and future-state operating processes
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate requirements and solutions
  • Develop business cases, governance papers, consultation material, and other decision-support documentation
  • Prepare organisational change documentation and contribute to workforce transition planning
  • Support procurement activities, including the development of requirements and tender documentation
  • Identify business impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities associated with programme initiatives
  • Deliver reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders and governance groups

You background will include:

  • Demonstrated Business Analysis experience within business transformation, including operating model redesign, on technology-driven change programmes
  • Strong experience documenting business processes, and you must have developed operational models
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and experience supporting procurement or tender activities
  • Exposure to organisational change, workforce planning, or change management initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Be able to work with competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-moving environment

If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact within a large-scale transformation programme and enjoy working across business, technology, and change initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.
