We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core financial management activities while contributing to strategic projects, governance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting informed business decisions, and maintaining robust financial controls.
About the Role As the Senior Accountant, you’ll:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations and oversee key financial control processes.
  • Manage cashflow forecasting and support treasury activities.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.
  • Prepare forecasts, financial analysis, and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual audit process and act as the key contact for external auditors.
  • Support statutory, regulatory, and governance reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Contribute financial expertise to strategic projects and organisational initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that support business performance and decision-making.

About You You’ll bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Advanced Excel capability and experience with modern accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • The ability to build effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present financial information clearly.
