We are looking for a proven Project Manager with significant experience implementing Payroll systems and processes.

You will have;

• Strong payroll knowledge and experience implementing payroll systems and processes
• Proven experience managing complex payroll projects or workstreams within large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or technology-enabled programmes.
• Strong project management capability, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and navigate complex organisational environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements and specialist advice into practical delivery outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks and issues.
