About the Opportunity
This role pulls together business, data, and technology. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving an existing reporting environment, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and delivers value to stakeholders.

Working closely with multiple teams across the business, you will investigate reporting challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver a strategic reporting roadmap. You will bring structure to complex reporting requirements while ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

This is a hands-on position that requires both strong technical capability and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the reporting and analytics roadmap.
• Review and enhance an existing reporting environment, ensuring information is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose.
• Investigate data quality issues and work with stakeholders to understand data sources, ownership, and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting solutions that deliver clear and actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand reporting requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Simplify and rationalise reporting outputs, ensuring users have access to meaningful information rather than excessive detail.
• Improve reporting architecture, processes, and data management practices.
• Translate complex data into compelling business insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring:

• Strong experience working with Power BI in a complex reporting environment.
• A solid understanding of reporting architecture, data models, and data warehousing principles.
• Proven experience improving reporting frameworks, processes, and data quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a naturally curious mindset.
• The ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to ask challenging questions when required.
• Experience working across multiple teams and balancing competing priorities.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
