We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, Learning for an hourly rate contract opportunity starting ASAP for 3 months.
This is a specialist leadership role requiring deep expertise in learning design and capability development, along with proven experience leading teams of learning design professionals.

We are looking for a leader who has personally designed and implemented large-scale learning solutions and can provide technical leadership, coaching and quality assurance to an established team of learning specialists.
You will lead a team of Learning Design Specialists while working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
Over the next three months, your primary focus will be advancing learning pathways for key operational roles as part of a complex organisational capability programme.
You will be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, providing leadership to your team while influencing stakeholders, navigating complexity, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
To be successful, you will have:

• Both leadership capability and significant depth in hands-on learning design.
• Demonstrated expertise designing learning pathways, capability frameworks, blended learning solutions, and workforce development programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
