H2R Consulting are proud to be partnering with Education Payroll to recruit a proactive and relationship-focused People and Culture Advisor to join their People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you’ll provide trusted advice, support leaders across the business, contribute to (or lead) initiatives that enhance the employee experience and, as required, contribute to the broader People and Culture team which includes communications
As a key member of the team, you’ll partner with leaders  and employees across the organisation, providing guidance on a broad range of people matters. You’ll be involved in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy interpretation, organisational development initiatives, communications and continuous improvement projects.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Providing proactive HR advice and coaching to leaders and employees
• Supporting employee relations and performance management processes
• Assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Contributing to or leading learning and development initiatives
• Supporting the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures
• Participating in or leading people-related projects and organisational initiatives
• Building strong relationships across the business and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Ensuring employment practices align with New Zealand employment legislation
• Supporting HR administration activities as required
