We are looking for an experienced people leader to join an organisation entering its next chapter. This is an opportunity to bring strategic perspective, practical expertise and the confidence to influence at the executive table.

About the role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the people and communications function and contribute as a member of the senior leadership team. You will be a trusted adviser, advocate for the people agenda and provide constructive challenge to help the organisation achieve its objectives.
With a strong culture and high employee engagement already in place, you will build on these foundations by developing leadership capability, strengthening succession planning and helping leaders establish clear performance expectations linked to the organisation’s values. You will support constructive performance conversations and translate strategic priorities into practical people initiatives.
This is a standalone role with real ownership and variety. Alongside shaping the people strategy, you will manage day-to-day HR delivery and ensure core processes run effectively. Communications is a smaller component of the role, focused on clear internal and external messaging, employee engagement and supporting change.

About you

You will bring:

• HR experience with the ability to lead the people function end to end.
• Credibility and confidence at senior leadership level, with sound judgement and the ability to constructively challenge.
• Experience developing leaders, strengthening performance practices and supporting succession planning.
• A commercial, practical and pragmatic approach, turning ideas into simple, effective solutions.
• Initiative, autonomy and a willingness to roll up your sleeves across both strategic priorities and day-to-day delivery.
