  • Oversee the planning and progressive implementation of action plans and deliverables.
  • Partner with planning teams to establish priorities, dependencies, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Build effective relationships with business workstream leads and coordinate initiatives across the programme.
  • Develop, monitor, and report against an integrated master programme schedule.
  • Provide hands-on project and programme management support to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Engage with external organisations and delivery partners to align requirements, recommendations, and dependencies within the overall programme plan.
  • Identify, manage, and report on programme risks, issues, and delivery progress.

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in organisational change, operating model transformation, health and safety, or business improvement programmes will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment would also be valuable.
