About the organisation
Tū Ora Compass Health is a primary care network and not-for-profit social enterprise which provides quality primary health care services to an enrolled population of 440,000 people across the Wellington, Hutt, Porirua, Wairarapa and Kāpiti areas.

They work in two health alliances: one with Wairarapa DHB and one with Cosine, Ora Toa and Capital & Coast DHB. They employ around 250 people and contract with 60 medical practices, eight of which provide Very Low Cost Access services.

They also provide corporate services to a number of practices through a subsidiary entity, Latitude.

About the role
This role is perfectly designed for an established Finance Business Partner who is seeking the next challenge in their career path, whilst working for a locally owned organisation that provides an exceptional level of health services and primary care across the entire Wellington region.  

The role offers a varied workload, plenty of interesting stakeholders to engage with, a collaborative team environment and permanent employment job security.

Their office premises are located in Wellington’s vibrant CBD with plenty of public transport routes nearby for an easy commute to and from work.

Due to the nature of this role, you must hold NZ Citizenship or NZ permanent residency to be deemed eligible for this opportunity.
  
What you’ll be doing
As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you will be expected to have the following skill set.

• CA, CPA or CIMA certification
• At least 5 years of relevant business partnering experience within a New Zealand based accounting function
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and strategic accounting capabilities
• Financial modelling, analysis, and development of insights for various levels of the business
• Able to manage busy and demanding portfolios confidently
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience with a large FMIS such as Business Central, Technology One or Oracle
• Exposure to small to medium sized businesses would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
