We have a number of senior HR opportunities on the go at the moment and are keen to connect with experienced Senior HR generalists and ER specialists across Wellington.
  
Current opportunities include:

• Senior ER Advisor x2| Permanent | Up to $130k: Senior ER positions covering employment relations, collective bargaining strategies and settlements, plus workforce and talent management policy advice.
• HR Business Partner | Fixed Term until June 2027 | $155k: a senior partnering role within a large operational organisation, including leadership of four direct reports. Strong generalist/ER capability alongside leadership experience would be ideal.
• Senior HR Advisor | Permanent | Up to $134,567: a broad, largely sole-charge HR opportunity within a smaller government agency. You’ll need to be a confident all-rounder with previous experience gained in a small to mid-sized organisation, where you’ve covered the full HR remit. Previous government experience required.

Across these opportunities, we’re looking for people with strong ER capability, broad generalist experience, sound judgement and confidence working with leaders. OD, change and people leadership experience will also be valuable for some roles.
