Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Associate (Temp – Part Time) 3+ Month Assignment | Likely Extension
4 Hours Per Day

$35–$42 per hour + Holiday Pay
We’re looking for a capable Accounts Receivable professional who’s confident handling both credit control and AR processing. This is a hands-on temp role for at least three months, with a strong chance of extension.
The hours are 4 per day, making this an ideal opportunity for someone returning to work, balancing family commitments, or looking for quality part-time hours.

You’ll be joining a great team culture within a Kiwi business with global reach — big exposure, down-to-earth environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function
• Credit control – following up outstanding debts and managing aged receivables
• Raising invoices and ensuring accurate allocation of payments
• Processing receipts and reconciling customer accounts
• Resolving customer account queries professionally and promptly
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records and system data

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Credit Control
• Strong reconciliation skills and sharp attention to detail
• Confident communicator — comfortable chasing payments professionally
• Good systems knowledge (ERP experience a bonus) Xero would be amazing!!!!
• Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
