VTNZ leads the way for vehicle safety in New Zealand and we need an experienced and energetic Area Manager in Otago/ Southland to lead our people!
  
As an Area Manager you are the pivotal connection between our customers and the work we do. Responsible for several branches, (Timaru, Dunedin, Queenstown, Alexandra, Invercargill and other offsites located in Dunedin, Gore, Balclutha, Otautau & Oamaru), you will ensure consistent service and an excellent experience for customers while supporting Branch Managers to do the same directly with their team members. The role is becoming vacant due to an impending retirement, it is currently based in Dunedin and there is flexibility in regards to the location of this role within the region.
  
You will be driven to grow trust, business profit and the best possible customer experience through excellent leadership and great management. You will be a highly skilled change leader, experienced at ensuring delivery across multiple sites and different business offerings. You will believe people are the key to success and you know how to build trust at all levels and get the work done.
  
VTNZ is a safety business, you will be passionate about keeping people safe at work and while they are at our sites, all while you continue to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
Knowledge and/or experience of the automotive industry or a similar distributed network would be useful but proven ability to deliver business growth across all areas is key.
  
Travel across the area is required to ensure close connections are built and maintained.
