About the role
This a brilliant opportunity for an established Customer Service Administrator to join an established Not for Profit organisation based in Wellington’s vibrant CBD and provide detailed administrative support towards their assurance portfolio via customer engagement, database management and document control processes. 

The Assurance Operations Lead is an excellent role for an experienced administrator, coordinator or CSR that is wanting to move into a customer focused environment within a business that focuses heavily on supporting one of New Zealand’ most important primary industries.

This role sits within NZGAP (Good Agricultural Practice) which is a business unit owned by HortNZ. NZGAP programmes provide certification for the safe and sustainable production of fruit and vegetables in New Zealand. The independently audited NZGAP assurance framework provides a credible and transparent pathway for horticulture businesses to demonstrate that they comply with relevant market and regulatory requirements for food safety, environment and social practice. The role offers 12 months of full-time, fixed-term employment and the office premises are located near Featherston Street and the train station.
  
What you’ll be doing
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following transferrable skill set:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exposure to phone based or face to face customer service environments
  • Comfortable with handling inbound call traffic, managing a busy email inbox and providing advice on various products and programmes
  • Able to manage a complex in-house database, process invoices and monitor document control
  • Adept with various systems such as – SharePoint / MS Office Suite / Xero
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
