Benefits Analyst – ERP Programme
Initially 6 months fixed term, likely extension, $155k-$185k

We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Analyst to join a large ERP Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring programme investments deliver measurable value and sustainable outcomes.
  
Working closely with programme teams, business leaders, and stakeholders, you will support the identification, tracking, analysis, and reporting of programme benefits. You will help establish clear measures of success, monitor progress against expected outcomes, and provide insights that support informed decision-making throughout the programme lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing

  • Support the development and maintenance of benefits realisation frameworks, plans, and reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and quantify programme benefits.
  • Track and analyse benefits performance, identifying trends, risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights for programme and governance forums.
  • Work with business representatives to establish baseline measures and monitor benefit achievement.
  • Support benefit reviews and assurance activities to ensure benefits are realised and sustained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of best-practice benefits management approaches.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in business analysis, benefits management, programme delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and present meaningful insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation, change, or technology programmes is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a focus on delivering outcome
