Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a three-month engagement. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will work closely with operational teams to understand how work really happens on the ground — and help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.

If you enjoy untangling processes, improving data quality, and delivering practical solutions (not just writing documentation), this opportunity will suit you well.
  
Key tasks include:

• Partnering with operational teams to map and review current-state processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities that create real impact
• Strengthening database management practices, including data quality, governance, and standardisation
• Recommending practical, fit-for-purpose system and process improvements
• Translating business needs into clear process maps, requirements, and improvement plans

This is not a purely technical or system-implementation BA role. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, analysis, and driving meaningful operational improvements.
  
Key experience required:

• Experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Process Improvement
• Strong database and data quality experience
• Confidence working with CRM or operational IT systems
• The ability to turn insights into structured, actionable documentation
• A collaborative, respectful approach when working with stakeholders at all levels

Regular travel to Hamilton is required, and the role is available for an immediate start.
