We’re looking for a proven BA who:

• Has experience in Finance and / or Procurement end-to-end business processes and experience in public sector ERP implementations.
• Has the ability to analyse and document how end‑to‑end business processes are enabled by ERP platforms, including dependencies across functional areas.
• Has an understanding of ERP concepts and integrated system design, particularly across finance, purchasing, procurement and contract management.
• Has a proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including finance teams, procurement specialists, operational managers and programme teams.
• Is comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels, from high‑level narratives through to detailed process flows and requirements.
• Can produce clear, consistent and high‑quality business analysis documentation.
