BA / ERP Analyst – Finance Process Mapping & Microsoft 365 Project
Contract: 4–8 Weeks
Rate: $120–$130 per hour

H2R Consulting is seeking an experienced BA / ERP Analyst to join a great team delivering a finance transformation project.

High-level finance documentation has already been completed and a number of finance process recording sessions have been captured. We now need a capable analyst who can take this work through to completion by partnering closely with the Finance team and documenting end-to-end finance processes.

Experience using ‘Flowingly’ for documentation will be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing finance documentation and process recordings
• Work closely with Finance SMEs and stakeholders
• Map and document end-to-end finance processes, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Payments
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Ledger and related finance processes
• Validate current and future-state processes
• Identify process gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver high-quality process and business documentation (eliminate key person dependancy)
• Support the implementation of a new Microsoft 365-based finance system

About You

• Proven Business Analyst or ERP Analyst experience
• Strong finance process knowledge and documentation skills
• Experience working on ERP or finance transformation projects
• Confident facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders
• Able to work independently and drive outcomes
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 environments highly regarded (not a must)
• Flowingly experience
