We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ongoing business and system enhancement initiatives within a fast paced and customer focused organisation. Working closely with a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, documenting and improving business processes while helping to deliver practical solutions across CRM and billing-related platforms.
This opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years experience who enjoys working close to the business, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives rather than focusing on large scale transformation programs or strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyse and document business processes, workflows and functional requirements
• Support the delivery of system enhancements and process improvements within a BAU environment
• Work alongside a Senior Business Analyst to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business needs
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive outcomes and consensus
• Maintain accurate process maps, documentation and business artefacts

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a BAU or operational support environment
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement capability
• Previous exposure to CRM and/or billing systems is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple priorities and support concurrent initiatives
• Experience translating business needs into clear and practical requirements
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
