We require a Senior Leader with public sector Investment Management, Strategy, Better Business Case & Policy expertise to hit the ground running and lead organisational planning.

You will have;

Strategy or policy expertise
• Experienced manager level experience supporting business case development and organisational planning within the public sector
• Demonstrated experience leading and producing high-quality briefings, papers and presentations for senior audiences
• Ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced delivery focused environment

Clear written communication
• Develop high-quality briefing papers, governance papers, workshop materials and discussion documents
• Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate it clearly and succinctly.
• Support governance and decision-making processes with high-quality insights.

Strategic and Investment Analysis
• Analyse organisational data, business information, and environmental trends to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Assess current and future capability requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate risks, opportunities, and interdependencies to enable effective strategic and investment outcomes
• Experienced leader in a business casing and organisational planning environment

Stakeholder Engagement and Influence
• Skilled at building effective relationships across business groups and functions at senior levels.
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
