We are looking for expression of interests from Senior HR Advisors and HR Business Partners who are seeking a remuneration package of $100,000 – $130,000 annually. We have some exciting opportunities currently and more coming up in our pipeline.  

Senior/HR Advisors:
Ideally you will have more than 2-3 years’ experience working in the HR Advisory space. You will have experience working across the full HR remit and answering frontline queries. You will have high attention to detail and good working knowledge of basic New Zealand legislation. A good level of experience handling ER queries and issues such as disciplinary and performance improvement plans is desirable for some roles, while others are looking for a focus on Recruitment and L&D. Ability to build strong relationships with different types of stakeholders is paramount.
HR Business Partners:
You will have 4-5+ year’s working at a generalist capacity and conducting cyclical HR activities such as Performance and remuneration reviews, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, policy improvement etc. A lot of our clients are also looking for HRBPs with experience in implementing HRIS programmes and experience in leading different projects. An ability to build strong relationships and gain buy in from stakeholders is paramount.
