We are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to support and advise on a number of interesting and challenging projects.
  
Your deliverables will be;
  
Support the successful delivery of change activities within the projects. 
Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure change is well understood, planned and implemented in coordination with the programme team and workstreams.
Help coordinate change efforts, assess impacts, and support stakeholder engagement to enable successful adoption of change across internal and external stakeholder groups.
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses across a broad range of stakeholders.
Maintain and update the stakeholder database and change schedule as required.
Support the development and maintenance of change management plans for each programme phase, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.
Assist in the design and delivery of change interventions to ensure successful uptake and adoption.
Coordinate and contribute to the planning and delivery of change activities such as workshops, briefings and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the programme team and workstreams to ensure change activities are integrated into the broader programme approach.
Develop and maintain an understanding of other connected programmes within to ensure alignment and minimise stakeholder impact.
