As a Change Manager within a large and complex programme, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change activities across assigned workstreams. You will develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change approaches that consider people impacts, operational readiness and stakeholder needs. This role requires strong engagement skills, judgement and pragmatism, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.
  

  • Proven experience in a Change Manager or organisational change role
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, workforce, HR or technology-enabled change
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practical application
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex change and tailor approaches for diverse audiences
  • Resilience and adaptability when working at pace and in ambiguity
