We are currently recruiting several Change Manager and Senior Change Lead level roles to support a large and complex programme of work within the public sector.

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change delivery across assigned workstreams.

• Proven experience in a Change Manager or organisational change role.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, workforce, HR or technology-enabled change.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex change and tailor approaches for diverse audiences.
• Resilience and adaptability when working at pace and in ambiguity.
• Experienced in the design and delivery of training programmes.

As a Senior Change Lead, you’ll play the role of 2IC and need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership experience to lead the change function within the programme.

• Proven leadership experience and oversight across a change function.
• Demonstrate experience in aligning change strategy, approach, and execution across programmes.
• Deep expertise in navigating complex organisational change environments.

We’re ideally looking for candidates with experience working in enterprise-wide transformation programmes with exposure to or experience with SAP implementations or transformations.
