We are currently partnering with an organisation undergoing a period of significant organisational change. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Change Specialist to join the team on contract and provide specialist support across multiple change initiatives.
  
This role will suit a seasoned change professional who is confident stepping into a fast-moving environment and can quickly add value. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding leaders through change processes, ensuring initiatives are well structured, clearly communicated, and delivered within tight timeframes.
  
Working as part of a collaborative team of five, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality change documentation and supporting leaders through complex decision-making and implementation phases.
  
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting multiple change processes simultaneously
  • Preparing detailed change documentation and packs for leadership teams
  • Supporting leaders and managers through change planning and implementation
  • Delivering clear and structured presentations and communication materials
  • Building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring change initiatives are delivered within defined timelines

  
To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Proven experience managing large or complex organisational change programmes
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to guide leaders through change
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality change packs
  • Strong technical capability and comfort working with digital tools and systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
