We’re on the lookout for a Client Relationship Account Manager to join a high-performing, collaborative team in a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients
  • Building strong, trusted relationships and truly understanding client needs
  • Responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Championing your clients internally and advocating for their needs

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and processes
