Are you detail-driven, process-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced funds environment? We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Administrator to join a high-performing Custody & Operations team delivering best-in-class investment administration services.

The Role (what it involves):

As Corporate Actions Administrator/ Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring corporate events are accurately monitored, processed and reconciled from announcement through to pay date. You’ll also contribute to pricing integrity and support client onboarding processes. The role can broadly be broken into three areas:

Corporate Actions

  • Source and verify corporate action information from fund managers, sub-custodians, market announcements and other relevant sources
  • Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions within strict KPI timeframes
  • Monitor bank accounts for corporate action receipts and payments
  • Reconcile corporate event allocations
  • Maintain and monitor pricing for listed and unlisted securities
  • Communicate clearly with fund managers, brokers and custodians to ensure accurate and timely event processing

Client Onboarding

  • Securities set-up and maintenance
  • Account opening and data management

Pricing Analysis

  • Conduct pricing reviews and analysis of securities
  • Calculate private asset pricing
  • Provide support across Corporate Actions, Custody and Fund Accounting teams

About You:

You’ll bring proven experience in the funds industry and thrive in a structured (yet flexible), deadline-driven environment.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services (funds environment preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
  • Self-directed, delivery-focused and collaborative
  • Strong Excel capability and ability to quickly learn new systems
