Duties

  • Handle outbound calls to support customers with insurance needs
  • Follow structured sales processes and compliance guidelines
  • Manage leads and appointments using Salesforce and CXOne
  • Provide accurate product information and maintain clear records
  • Contribute to team KPIs and campaign goals
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and share feedback

Skills & experience

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Confident using multiple systems and managing your schedule
  • Team player who brings energy and a positive attitude
