Data & Analytics Stream Manager

We are seeking a senior Data & Analytics Lead with strong SAP migration experience to own and deliver the data and insights capability for a large, complex enterprise transformation programme.

The Opportunity

You will define and lead the end-to-end Data & Analytics strategy across a major SAP-led migration, build and scale a high-performing team, and ensure trusted, timely insights support executive decision-making and operational outcomes. This role suits a proven leader who has delivered SAP data migrations at enterprise scale and is comfortable operating in highly governed, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Data & Analytics vision, roadmap, and operating model for SAP and integrated platforms
• Lead delivery across SAP data migration, data quality, reporting/BI, and analytics enablement
• Establish standards for data models, KPIs, reporting, and visualisation
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary data and reporting team
• Embed data governance, quality controls, privacy, and security practices
• Partner with enterprise architecture, business leaders, and system integrators to ensure aligned outcomes
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and executive-level reporting

Essential Experience

• Senior leadership experience in Data & Analytics within large enterprise transformation programmes
• Demonstrated delivery of SAP data migrations (e.g. ERP, HR, or workforce platforms)
• Strong background in data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulated environments
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and complex delivery streams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
