This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring sites across New Zealand are prepared, scheduled, and delivered to plan. You’ll be responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams, managing installation schedules, working with technical specialists and vendors, and keeping a complex programme moving forward.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, and have a proven ability to coordinate people, resources, and timelines, this could be the ideal assignment.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of site delivery activities, including:

  • Working closely with operational teams, technical specialists, business stakeholders, and external suppliers
  • Allocating and scheduling internal and external resources to support delivery requirements
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular reporting on programme status
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and related commercial activities
  • Identifying delivery risks and developing practical mitigation plans
  • Resolving issues and escalating matters when required
  • Ensuring documentation, approvals, and project records are maintained to a high standard
  • Driving continuous improvement across logistics and delivery processes

You’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in logistics, delivery coordination, programme support, project management, or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working within large, complex organisations or enterprise-scale programmes
  • Strong planning and scheduling capability, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, results-focused approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project planning/reporting tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, or nationwide deployment programmes
  • Exposure to project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or equivalent frameworks
  • Experience working in highly regulated or public sector environments
