About the role
Utilise your direct marketing expertise to deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on direct mail. Working closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, data specialists and external suppliers, you’ll manage campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring every detail is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This fixed term role offers variety, ownership and purpose, with the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative and supportive team.

Duties

  • Lead the delivery of direct mail and multi-channel fundraising campaigns from concept through to completion
  • Develop campaign timelines, creative briefs and operational plans
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, print providers and mailhouse partners
  • Review copy, creative assets and campaign materials to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals and campaign communications across the organisation
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights and recommendations

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience managing direct marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Direct mail experience highly desirable
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, agencies or external partners
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign results and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Fundraising or not-for-profit experience advantageous but not essential
