This role is responsible for supporting the Microsoft Dynamics/Business 365 suite (Dynamics 365, Power Platform and O365) and the integrated website and customer facing cloud platforms.

With a customer focus, this role is the digital champion for customer related digital platforms, designing, and building awesome experiences for customers and internal users alike working alongside the internal team and vendor partners to understand needs and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of M365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • SharePoint and MS Teams support
  • Power Platform and Office365 management
  • Vendor Management
  • Cloud Platforms Coach and User Support
  • Business analysis and documentation writing skills

  • ICT support partners (vendors)
