Ready for your next challenge? We’re looking for a talented leader to join one of our trusted private-sector clients. Looking for someone who is passionate about developing people and can drive capability uplift across the business.

This is a newly created role, leading a team of 4 capability specialists: reporting to the Head of Customer & Partner Engagement.

In this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing all learning & development needs, with a focus on capability uplift. You’ll take ownership of their enterprise-wide learning strategy—shaping, designing, and delivering solutions that strengthen performance and support the development of their people. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring learning is practical, accessible, and aligned to business priorities.

We’re looking for someone with experience working in large, global environments, with strong knowledge of compliance and financial legislation, and the ability to turn requirements into actionable plans. You’ll need to leverage global opportunities and work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, including SLT.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience working within large, complex, or global organisations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory environments, and financial-services legislation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with comfort operating at senior leadership level.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and practical execution—you’re equally comfortable setting direction and getting into the detail.
  • A deep background in learning and development and previous people leadership experience.
