Our client is an organisation that provides support services to our society and the wider community nationwide. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive to play a pivotal part in supporting day-to-day activities. You will be someone who shares the vision of working for a purposeful organisation and see the positive in the work they do.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Henderson to cover parental leave. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks that will provide variety and a diverse challenges and opportunities for you to coordinate and manage.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling
  • Planning for the day, week or month
  • Event organisation
  • Travel booking
  • Reporting and handling of sensitive information with discretion
  • Preparing communications and collating information
  • Assist and shift to the evolving needs and priorities of an Executive

About you:

You will be an individual with strong people skills with an ability to build relationships easily. You will need previous experience as an Executive Assistant with preference to supporting a Chief Executive/leadership team. If you have a great sense of humour, your ambitious, adaptable, drive and passionate about getting things done then this is a role for you! Key skills will be your energy, organisational skills, technological proficiency, professional and confidentiality.

You will need:

  • Brilliant organising skills
  • Experience developing and managing reports
  • Lots of energy and enthusiasm
  • High level of communication – both written and verbal
  • High level of initiative to anticipate needs and continuously look for ways to improve
