We’re looking for EAs who can

• Own complex diary, inbox, and travel management
• Coordinate meetings, events, and board packs; take minutes and actions
• Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
• Manage stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and superb communication
• Handle expenses, invoices, and basic budgeting/POs
• Provide proactive gatekeeping and problem-solving for busy executives
• Support projects and ad-hoc tasks to keep the wheels turning

Skills & experience

• Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and time management
• Polished written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement
• Proficient with Microsoft 365
• Calm under pressure, resilient, and solutions-focused
