About the role
Support a regional operations team in this hands-on administration role. Working closely with managers, supervisors, and field crews, you’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative functions including payroll administration, accounts support, travel coordination, customer service, reporting, and operational support. Success in this role will come down to your ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Duties

  • Process and manage daily timesheets and payroll administration
  • Create and process purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Assist with customer enquiries and invoice queries
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
  • Provide administration support to operational managers and field teams
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure deadlines are met

Skills & experience

  • Previous administration experience in a busy operational environment
  • Payroll or timesheet processing experience is essential
  • Exposure to accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
