What you’ll be doing

As an experienced Finance Manager, you will bring a strong mix of technical and commercial capability, including:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Providing financial reporting, insights and commentary to senior stakeholders
• Supporting strategic planning and business decision-making
• Managing month-end and year-end processes
• Overseeing Capex and Opex reporting
• Delivering variance analysis and performance insights
• Building strong relationships across the business and partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Supporting and developing members of the finance team

About you

You will be a confident and well-rounded finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and working closely with senior leaders.
Ideally you will bring:

• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior commercial finance role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience working in complex or large organisations is beneficial
