We are looking for an energetic, solutions‑driven HR professional who can confidently support leaders, manage day‑to‑day HR activity and low level ER, recruitment and contribute to a high‑performing people function.

About the role
Reporting to an experienced and empowering HR Manager, this role offers exposure across the full HR generalist spectrum, including:

• Day‑to‑day HR advisory support across a multisite workforce
• Supporting ER matters including performance, investigations, disciplinary processes and workplace issues
• Partnering with managers on end‑to‑end recruitment – job scoping, advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Assisting with workforce planning, talent initiatives and HR projects
• Ensuring HR processes, documentation and systems remain accurate and compliant
• Supporting cultural initiatives that lift engagement, wellbeing and collaboration

Who you will be
We’re after someone with a good grounding in HR and a hunger to learn, grow and take ownership. You might already be an HR Advisor, or you could be a capable HR Coordinator who’s ready for that next step. Some exposure to ER and confidence handling casework (with support) would be great. You’ll have experience supporting recruitment across different roles, and you’ll naturally build strong relationships thanks to your clear communication and approachable style. Being organised, practical and solutions‑focused will help you thrive, along with the resilience to keep up in a fast‑paced environment. What’s on offer

• $95,000 – $110k + KiwiSaver
• A manager who will mentor, develop and support you
• Broad exposure across generalist HR and recruitment
• Full‑time preferred ( but 0.8 FTE could be considered)

This is an on‑site role located near the Airport, supporting operational and corporate teams.
