About the role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with leaders to provide guidance on people-related matters, support organisational initiatives, and help deliver solutions that enable teams to perform at their best.

You’ll be:

• Providing trusted advice on employee and workplace matters
• Supporting leaders through change and people-related initiatives
• Contributing to workforce planning and recruitment activities
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Helping develop and implement people programmes, policies, and practices
• Building leadership capability through coaching and guidance

   
About you
You’ll bring a strong foundation in human resources along with the confidence to build credibility and influence outcomes across a range of stakeholders. 

You will have:

• Experience providing high-quality HR or people advisory services
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience working with HR systems, processes, and reporting
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
