The HR Advisor is part of the People team and is responsible for assisting managers over email with any HR related queries as well as providing support to the HRBP’s with ER, employee performance and change processes.  In addition, this role will deliver professional HR support and advice and create a culture that fosters high performance and both a business and personal improvement mindset to the People team.

Ideally for this role you will have the following attributes:

  • At least 2 years Generalist HR experience
  • High attention to detail, time management and great organisational skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as digital literacy
  • Working knowledge of HR practices NZ Employment legislation
