If you are an HR Advisor or an HR Coordinator who is looking to step up and into a new role, we have a number of exciting opportunities for you to grow your HR career within the healthcare sector.

As an HR Advisor you will be part of the askHR department supporting managers and employees with any payroll or HR enquiries. You will work collaboratively with both the HR and Recruitment branches of the business to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
You will also,
– Assist with the onboarding of new employees
– Provide acknowledgement of requests and ensure information is passed onto the correct parties
– Prepare employee documentation such as contracts and new employee files
– Monitor and coordinate the background checks of new employees
– Manage Exit Surveys
– Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly
We are looking for someone who has,
– Experience working in Human Resources or Coordination and customer focused roles
– The ability to work well and communicate with a diverse range of people
– A great attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
– The ability to form connections and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
