Join a values-driven organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical, people-focused HR support across a large and diverse workforce.

This is a true generalist HR role where you’ll partner with managers and employees, provide advice on employment relations matters, support recruitment and HR operations, prepare employment documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in building manager capability, interpreting employment agreements and legislation, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

To be successful, you’ll bring at least 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR position, a solid understanding of New Zealand employment legislation, and confidence providing HR and ER advice. Strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience with recruitment, performance management, coaching, HR systems, and reporting would be highly regarded.
