About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga

Reporting directly to the General Manager People and Capability, you will be providing HR and operational support and advice to managers. You will be supporting the National Office in the full scope of HR including recruitment, remuneration, employment relations, change, H&S, OD, and talent management.

You will build strong relationships across the entire business and continuously uphold Te Rito Maioha’s values. In addition, you will be supporting the ongoing development of employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

About you  | Mōu

To be successful in the role, you will need the following:

  • Prior HR Advisory experience across the generalist space.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • An ability to independently problem solve and show initiative.
  • Prior experience working in a collaborative and consultative manner.
