About the role
Our client is a leading Australasian education group who is looking for a confident, knowledgeable and analytically driven HR professional. This is a newly created position which will guide and train employees on HRIS systems, provide a great people experience and deliver data and reporting on staff.
Duties

• Train staff on how to effectively use HRIS systems and platforms
• Map out processes for the wider team to follow
• Deliver on the employee experience
• Create and provide manager with data and reports
• Support with remuneration and benefits analysis

Skills & experience

• Process and data driven
• Experience utilising different HRIS systems
• Comfortable communicating complex and technical information for a wide range of audiences
• Innovative and creative
• Analytical and data driven
• Ability to build strong relationships

The ideal candidate
You will be analytical, enjoy reporting, providing advice, guidance and insight on systems and data. You will have the confidence to communicate across all levels of the business as well as have a creative and innovative approach.
