Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who understands how to deliver trusted, credible partnering in a complex environment? We’re looking for a confident HR professional to join our client’s HR team, supporting a highly skilled and specialist portfolio.

Partnering closely with Executive Directors and senior leaders, this role will see you operating across both strategic and operational HR. You’ll support service growth, organisational change and new ways of working. The workforce is established, professional and highly capable, requiring a HR partner who can build credibility, navigate differing perspectives, and reach solutions with confidence.

This is a role where sophisticated partnering is necessary, and success comes from understanding what really matters to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and focusing energy where it will make the biggest difference.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leaders in complex organisations
• Strong relationship building and influencing capability, with the ability to navigate different stakeholder interests, manage expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Analytical and methodical thinking, with curiosity and a genuine desire to understand the bigger picture before acting
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to support change positively, bring others on the journey, and maintain focus on outcomes even when priorities shift
• Experience working across both operational and project-based HR initiatives, ideally including organisational change and growth environments
