With some recent movement in the Wellington market, we’re seeing a need for Senior HR Business Partners, both permanent and fixed term. 

For roles at this level a significant driver for our clients is finding someone who can operate at a strategic level and truly partner with the business and it’s senior leaders. You’ll be experienced in coaching and providing advice to the business on all people-related matters including the demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

You’ll also bring with you experience in managing the development and implementation of a range of HR initiatives designed to improve organisational effectiveness.
