We are currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join a team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Join a small dynamic team within the public sector for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. As an HR Consultant, you will take charge of managing Employee Relations (ER) and disciplinary cases from inception to resolution, while offering invaluable support and guidance to team leaders. You will also ensure all open cases are actively managed to a timely resolution.

To succeed in this role, you must be adept at handling challenging conversations, possess a strong background in ER practices specific to New Zealand, and demonstrate the ability to seamlessly integrate into a fast-paced environment.
