HR Coordinator

Permanent / Full Time

Our client is a well established organisation that offers a competitive salary and staff benefits.  They are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Coordinator who is able to join their team and hit the ground running!

Based on Thorndon Quay, this role is a true HR generalist position.  You will be be exposed to all areas of HR including Learning and Development, Culture and Engagement, Recruitment, Health and Safety etc.  This role will also be responsible for the fortnightly payroll of approx 100 staff.
While this is a coordination role, there is a bit of administration involved as well so we are looking someone who adaptable to change and is willing to put their hand to any task given. 
The successful candidate will be results driven and be able to meet deadlines.  You will also have strong attention to detail and excellent initiative.

To be considered for this role, you will obtain the following attributes:

  • Relevant qualification and minimum two years working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in building and delivering on new processes.
