About the role
Play a pivotal role in keeping HR operations running smoothly by delivering accurate, timely coordination across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support everything from recruitment and onboarding through to documentation, reporting, and systems management.

Duties

  • Support recruitment activity, including job advertising, offers, and pre-employment checks
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate HR data, systems, and employee records
  • Provide timely responses to internal HR queries and support the wider business
  • Assist with cyclical HR activities such as performance and remuneration processes
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving HR templates, policies, and documentation
  • Support the wider People & Culture team with day-to-day coordination tasks

Skills & experience

  • Previous HR Coordinator or HR Administrator experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage a busy workload and adapt as priorities shift
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working across HR systems and maintaining data integrity
  • Proactive, self-managing, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • Sound understanding of HR processes (NZ employment knowledge beneficial)
