We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support & HR Coordinator to join a growing HR consultancy based in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role.

This is a hands-on role with a strong business support focus, helping to ensure internal operations run smoothly and clients receive a consistent and responsive service. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to systems and process improvements, client onboarding and marketing activities, making this an excellent role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership.

About the role
You’ll provide business and HR support across a broad range of activities, including:

  • Maintaining and improving internal systems, workflows and templates
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including coordinating documentation and meetings
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and phone enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate client records and supporting follow-through on client commitments
  • Preparing HR documentation and client resources using existing templates
  • Providing general administrative support to enable efficient client service delivery
  • Supporting content creation, newsletters and website updates

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in HR or a similar professional environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, document tools or other business systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-directed and solutions-focused approach
  • Exposure to SEO, website management, Zoho or Xero would be advantageous but is not essential
