About the role
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team across the country. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring HR processes are running smoothly, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage the HRIS system and provide user support
  • Support the recruitment process by posting jobs openings and assisting with candidate screening
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Prepare offer letters and conduct pre-employment checks
  • Support the offboarding of employees

About you
You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • Passionate about HR, ideally with previous experience or a degree in HR
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Proactive and demonstrates initiative
  • Positive attitude and is a team player
