Our client is looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior HR Coordinator who can join their close-knit team and hit the ground running.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR administration as well as completing recruitment tasks such as posting job adverts, arranging interviews and completing background checks. 
  
The successful candidate will be results driven and be able to meet deadlines.  You will also have strong attention to detail and take the initiative to get the job done.
  
To be considered for this role, you will obtain the following attributes:

Knowledge of mihi and greetings, Āhuatanga Māori, Tikanga Māori and Te Reo Māori.  You do not need to be fluent in Te Reo Māori however you will need to understand basic phrases and have the willingness to learn.

  • Relevant qualification and minimum two years working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
