About the Role

Our client is in the middle of a significant HRIS transformation and needs an HR Analyst for approximately 4 months who can support both business-as-usual HR analytics and the delivery of the PeopleSoft implementation (go-live was in January).

They operate across multiple entities with varying HR processes and data structures, and they need someone who can help bring consistency, clarity and confidence to their workforce information.

Your work will focus on preparing HR data, supporting system testing, validating processes, and helping ensure a smooth changeover as PeopleSoft becomes the central HRIS. You’ll also play a key role in documenting procedures, supporting training, and helping the internal team move to the new system with confidence.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Remuneration, and Digital Integration teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end PeopleSoft implementation tasks including UAT, data validation, and process testing
  • Assist with cleansing, preparing, and standardising HR data
  • Document HR processes, system steps, and user guides
  • Provide HR reporting and insights during the transition period
  • Troubleshoot issues and work closely with implementation partners and internal teams
  • Support user training, onboarding and queries as employees begin using PeopleSoft
  • Help streamline HR processes and ensure they align with the new system
  • Provide practical recommendations on improvements to HR data, workflows and reporting

About You

You’re an HR Analyst or HRIS Specialist who enjoys working where HR, data and systems meet. You’re detail-oriented, confident working with complex information, and comfortable supporting change in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll bring:

  • Experience working with PeopleSoft or another enterprise HRIS
  • Strong HR data and reporting capability
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • A good understanding of core HR processes and compliance
  • Experience with testing, validation or system change activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills — you can explain systems simply
  • A proactive, organised approach and ability to keep things moving under time pressure

Why This Role Matters

With a large and diverse workforce across multiple entities, getting PeopleSoft right is essential. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the new HRIS launches smoothly, the data is reliable, and the HR team has the right tools and processes in place from day one.

Your work will directly support better HR decision-making, stronger reporting, and a more connected people experience across the organisation.
