We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join a well-known infrastructure Organisation.

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the business unit’s people strategy with divisional and group objectives. This multifaceted role encompasses operational support, strategic planning, relationship management, and ensuring compliance across various HR functions.

What you will do:

– Provide advice to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
-Foster proactive relationships with BU line managers, team leaders and all stakeholders.
-Contribute to learning and development needs analysis, talent strategies, and workforce planning activities.
– Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment strategies, diversity initiatives, and onboarding processes.
– Support managers in talent reviews, performance management, and embedding inclusion and diversity (L&D) in all activities.
– Represent the BU in Industrial dealings, including negotiations and managing disputes.
– Maintain employee records, manage data flows in Workday, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Who you will be:

The ideal candidate will have four to five years’ experience in an Advisory/HRBP position and a strong understanding of employment law. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and gain buy-in are essential, alongside the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams. Additionally, a down-to-earth approach, resilience, and experience working within manufacturing and blue-collar environments are  beneficial.
